What Determines Landing Page Pricing?

Why can quotes for a single campaign page differ so much? We break down the copy, design, forms, tracking and testing items.

What Determines Landing Page Pricing?

Landing page prices can vary widely depending on who is quoting and what the scope is. Seeing such different numbers for the same 'single page' is confusing, but the difference comes less from the page itself than from the work around it. At Kodyva, the price range for landing page projects is 6,000 to 15,000 TL with an estimated delivery of 3 to 5 business days; the exact price depends on scope and is stated in the quote. Below we explain where that range comes from and where your project might fall.

What goes into the price

Items you may see in a landing page quote:

  • Copywriting: headline, subheading, benefit points, FAQ and CTA copy. Are you supplying the copy, or is the agency writing it?
  • Design: adapting a ready structure to your brand, or designing from scratch?
  • Images: will your photos be used, or are licensed images or a photo shoot needed?
  • Forms and integration: where will form data go? Email, Google Sheets, a CRM or WhatsApp.
  • Tracking setup: Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion tag, Meta pixel.
  • Publishing: domain, hosting, SSL.
  • Testing and improvement: A/B tests, post-launch adjustments.

Some lower-budget quotes include only design and publishing; copy is expected from you and tracking may be out of scope. More comprehensive quotes may include copywriting, tracking setup and a round of post-launch improvement. Compare the line items in each quote to see which suits you.

Adaptation versus designing from scratch

This is one of the items that affects price most. Adapting a pre-designed, tested landing page structure to your brand is usually faster and cheaper than designing from scratch. In adaptation, colours, logo, copy and images change, and section order is arranged to fit.

Designing from scratch is needed when your product or campaign is unusual, when your brand's visual identity must stand out strongly, or when the page needs a special interaction (a calculator, product configurator, interactive map). Design approvals and revision rounds are added, so time and price go up.

Tracking and ad integration

Landing pages are often built for ad traffic. If tracking isn't set up on a page you're advertising, you can't know which ad, keyword or audience brings leads. That's why skipping tracking setup can turn out to be one of the most expensive omissions.

In a proper setup, the form submission or 'thank you' page is defined as an event in Google Analytics and passed to Google Ads, and Meta if used, as a conversion. WhatsApp and phone clicks can be tracked as separate events. It's a few hours of work, but important for ad platform optimisation. Remember that cookies and tracking codes should run with visitor consent. We covered building landing pages for Google Ads in a separate article.

What a cheap page costs your ad budget

A quick calculation. Say you have a monthly ad budget of 20,000 TL and your page gets 1,000 visitors. At a 2 percent conversion rate, you get 20 leads; cost per lead is 1,000 TL. If a clearer headline, a shorter form and a page that loads faster on mobile lift the rate to 4 percent, the same budget brings 40 leads and cost per lead drops to 500 TL.

In this example, the extra you pay for the page can be recovered in the first month. That's why we suggest thinking about landing page price together with the ad budget you'll spend, not on its own. If your ad budget is very small, an expensive page may not make sense either; balance matters.

Questions to ask when getting quotes

To compare what different quotes actually include, ask:

  • Who writes the copy? What is expected from us?
  • How many revision rounds are included?
  • Where does form data go, and who gets notified?
  • Are Google Analytics and ad conversion tracking set up?
  • How many seconds does the page take to load on mobile? Can I see the test result?
  • Whose name are the domain and hosting in, and what's the yearly cost?
  • What happens to the page after the campaign ends? How are edits for a new campaign priced?

If the answers are written into the quote, you can genuinely compare prices. If you want the basics of what a landing page is and how it differs from a homepage, we covered that in a separate article.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for hosting separately?

If you have an existing website, the page is usually published under it and extra hosting may not be needed. If it's standalone, a yearly cost for domain and hosting is added; whether it's included is stated in the quote.

Is A/B testing necessary for every landing page?

No. A meaningful test needs enough visitors; on a page with a few hundred visitors a month, results may not be reliable. With low traffic, focus on basic improvements first.

Can I reuse the page after the campaign ends?

Yes. By changing the headline, offer and images, the same structure can be reused for new campaigns. That usually costs less than building a new page.
